How to Create a Compelling Case for Donor Support

The Case for Support is the most fundamental of all fundraising publications. It uses emotionally and logically compelling copy and graphics to help current and potential donors learn why they should invest in your mission. With it, you sell your credibility, data, and success stories to help donors understand why they should care about your work. The Case for Support is the cornerstone of every other fundraising initiative undertaken by your organization. Without it, how will you tell your story to donors and funders in a way that earns their support?

You will learn:

  • What the Case for Support is (and what it is not)
  • The basic outline of any Case for Support
  • How to tell your story in more compelling ways through a Case for Support
  • The fundamentals of donor-centered fundraising and how it applies to your Case
  • How to gain significant fundraising advantages by being donor-centred
  • How to include the basic points to be included in any case for support
  • How to use the most suitable writing style of a case for support
  • How you use the Case for Support in all fundraising appeals
  • and much more..
